if you are looking for the easiest most delicious way to cook Sheepshead you're in the right place! me and the gang took a quick after work fishing trip to catch a couple giant Sheepshead and brought them back, cleaned them and prepared Poor Man's Lobster the next day. This is one I had to document cuz I wouldn't believe it if I didn't try it myself. This super simple recipe was a hit with the family and we ended up eating every bit of it in one sitting. my super picky 6 year old even loved it! if you're looking for a quick meal that the whole family will enjoy I highly recommend this dish!
