This is a 12-chord Oscar Smith autoharp, converted to diatonic key of F. It has glossy black color, and a flower shape sound hole. This short video shows how it really sounds. It appears to be very old (1965) based on the books included in the hard case, but still looks very good cosmetically.
The song is the one being played in the Titanic movie (by a group of violinists, before the ship sinks)
I do not know the song name.
