My first experience after FOV vitrectomy surgery. It took place at St. James's Teaching Hospital, J25 ophthalmology day unit. 25 Gauge+ PPV (parsplana) with inducing PVD (post vitreous detachment) and gas bubble injection, Performed by Mr. Aws Al-Hity. After 40 hours feels good and no eye pressure. No pain insight of the eye, except of trocar entry point opposite the upper left eyelid. Some redness and watering. Gas bubble is clear, sways on head shake and still covers around 3/4 of the vitreous and has strange solid shaped black rim around it. Can see through upper quarter. It's slightly blurry and foggy, No other separate objects or debris detected for now....
