Yale Poynter Fellow Khadija Sharife moderates a discussion of Texaco-Chevron's conduct in Ecuador and the legal battles that ensued. Her invited interlocutors are Steven Donziger, US lawyer fighting Chevron in various courts around the world; Luis Yanza, Ecuadorian community leader and winner of the Goldman Environmental Prize; and Patricio Salazar, Ecuadorian lawyer for the affected communities in the Amazon.
