We sit down with Raiderettes coach, Tiphanie McNiff, to talk all things women in sports, football, working in Las Vegas and what makes the team so special. Tiph was a Raiderette in Oakland, performed in Iraq on a military tour, coached at Fresno State, UC Berkeley and UCLA and is now the director of the Las Vegas Raiderettes.
