Equivalence principle is the first and foremost concept in Einstein's General Theory of Relativity. In this video, I have explained the equivalence principle and firther details. i have first introduced the different challenges that you might face while learning General Relativity and then the solutions. I have also traced bact to the history and the roots of equivalence principle from Aristotle, Galileo upto Einstein. I have also explained in details when Einstein found out the equivalence principle and his thought experiment in the elevator. I have also explained the strong, weak and the Einstein equivalence principle and how matter causes the spacetime to curve, thereby causing the light to bend and take the geodesic path.
