How to remove and turn off your custom hearing aid
Step 1. To remove your hearing aid, gently twist and pull with your thumb and forefinger.
Step 2. To turn the hearing aid off, use your fingernail to open the battery door completely. Leave the battery door open when not in use to retain battery life.
