I bought this drum from Amazon and it came from China and got to the USA really quickly!~~
I am so excited because I took a chance on a vendor on Amazon that was selling this really cool very different tongue drum. When I saw the only video demonstration out there and thought that it looked like a Hluru I was so curious about it. I really like the 4 Hluru tongue drums but this was different because not only was it in a minor key with only 9 tongues but the center tongue was also a Ding just like on a handpan. AND the tongue had dual tones and harmonics that could be produced from them . I am so glad that Amazon had it on their site or I totally would have been fearful of being scammed with really little recourse. But knowing that Amazon has their buyer protection I went for it. I saved enough in my account so that it felt like a "free" purchase too.

Well I was NOT disappointed. You can see how happy I get when I discovered that my hunch was correct about it being a Hluru. I find the documentation towards the end of the video.
