Its combination of tequila and Blue Curacao give it a nice lightly sweet orange/tequila flavour with subtle hints of lime. It is perfect for a warm day, relaxing with some friends. BLUE DIAMOND

2 oz/60 ml Tequila
2 oz/60 ml Blue Curaçao
1.5 oz/45 ml Triple Sec
1 oz/30 ml Lime Juice

Method

1. Add all the ingredients to the shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a tulip glass.
4. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
