The Rocksteady Mantle in Monster Hunter World is an amazing end game mantle and protect you against tough monsters. But before you can unlock the Rocksteady Mantle, you need to progress to Hunter Rank 50 and complete 3-5 tempered elder dragon investigations. These investigations unlock by finding tempered tracks across all maps. Here is a guide on how to find more tempered tracks.

Once you defeated 3-5 tempered elder dragons (Kushala Daora, Vaal Hazak, Teostra), the armory will offer you a new quest called "A Summons from Below". This 9 Star optional quest puts you up agains a tempered Vaal Hazak and a tempered Odogaron. After successfully completing the quest, the armory in Astera will reward you with the new Rocksteady Mantle.
