Welcome ... to a WHAT I EAT IN A DAY ... when it is that time of the month :)
It is that time of the month again…normally I just want to lay in bed all day and cuddle with my cats, but I have my pilates class this morning and don’t want to cancel at the last minute, so let’s make a green smoothie to get ready for class!
Self-care is so important, especially when you are feeling groggy and unmotivated, and my form of self-care is making delicious food to eat! I always crave spicy food, and I had some extra zucchini in my fridge, so I made 10 Minute Spicy Noodle Soup paired with my SUPER crispy Zucchini Pancakes for lunch!
My sister is coming over for dinner and she requested her favorite Corn Cabbage Salad and Crispy Fried Chicken, which is one of my favorites too.
