Banana is rich in potassium and Oatmeal is good for our heart plus super healthy foods. Today I have this ovverripe bananas in fridge and I don't want to throw it so I combine it with oatmeal and bake this delicious pudding that good for breakfast, snacks and dessert. Try this and you guys never be dissapointed it's super delicious and healthy.
And I am glad to share with you guys my simple recipe for this:
Recipe:
6 pcs. Overripe Bananas
1 and 1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of evaporated milk/fresh milk
1-2 eggs
1 tbsp of baking powder
1/4 cup of white sugar
1/4 unsalted/salted butter
pinch of cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
