This is a step by step video showing you how I have made a rather nice IPA using my Brewzilla 35l. It was fermented in a Fermzilla using an iSpindel to monitor progress. Hope you enjoy it and it is useful. Please give me a thumbs up and subscribe so you can see more videos like this one.
Here is the recipe (based loosely on David Heath's recipe):
1.8kg maris otter
0.7kg lager malt
1.0kg pale ale malt
0.5kg oats
0.2kg crisp caramalt ebc 29.5
0.13kg carapils
35g centennial @ 10 mins
35g simcoe @. 10 mins
35g centennial 20 min hop stand
35g simcoe 20 min hop stand
70g centennial dry hop
70g simcoe dry hop
Lallemand Verdant yeast
OG 1.050. FG 1.010 ABV:5.3%
