Today I wanted to share with you all the easiest way to core and wash Iceberg lettuce that I've found. Please be sure to wash your produce before you eat it. It may look clean but you would be shocked at the amount of dirt that comes off clean looking produce!

A soak in cold water with vinegar or lemon juice really works wonders and so long as you rinse everything well, no, it will not taste like vinegar or lemon juice
