1. Download bluestacks 5
2. Install the 64-nougat version (32 won't work), do this by using ctrl+alt+8 and now you can download this version.

4. Select it in the mod selecter on the right tab in bluestacks (somewhere in the middle)
5. Enjoy playing GD 2.2
