Yooo, what's going on guys, here is a PvP Build for you guys for the upcoming PC Cyrodiil Test for both CP and Non CP PvP. If i was doing the PvP test, this is the build i would run for it. Since we only have a few options on what to run, these are the best of the choices in my opinion.
