Professore e ricercatore, è direttore dell'Experimental Imaging Center dell'Ospedale San Raffaele di Milano e direttore del PhD internazionale in Molecular Medicine presso l'Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele.
Dopo le ricerche iniziali relative alla creazione di modelli 3D per studi in vitro e gli approfondimenti sulla tiroide e la cartilagine, fondamentali per numerosi avanzamenti scientifici, ha concentrato i suoi studi sull'applicazione dell'Intelligenza Artificiale nella sanità.
Professor and researcher, Carlo is director of the Experimental Imaging Center at Ospedale San Raffaele in Milan and director of the international PhD in Molecular Medicine at the Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele. After his initial research related to the creation of 3D models for in vitro studies and in-depth studies on the thyroid and cartilage, which were fundamental to many scientific advances, he has focused his studies on the application of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare.
