Had this statement come from a country that respects its relationship with others & stands by them through thick & thin, we would have taken it seriously.
The United States should be aware that no country truly respects them, they fear them. The US has a reputation for destroying another country physically, mentally, educationally & economically(obvious). Countries don't want to lock horns with the United States because they don't want to delay/deny their own progress. Nothing else. One day this fear will go away, & that's what the United States' primary fear is.
