Set during the beginning of the 20th century in Canton, southern China, where numerous factions battle for control over the power vacuum. The most likely candidate to fill the vacuum and bring peace to the nation is Dr. Sun Yat Sun leader of the Republic Party. To ensure he reaches an important summit in Hong Kong, the Ching Wu Martial Arts Association deploys Special Agent Chen Jun to make sure the way is safe and clear of assassins for Dr. Sun as he makes his way from Nanking to Hong Kong.
