I n g r e d i e n t s
Crumble Topping
50gms (1/4 cup) brown sugar
68gms (½ cup) flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
50gm butter melted
Cake Batter
210gm (1 and 1/2 cups) all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
150gm (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
120ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
120ml (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt
Pour half mixture into lined cake tray
Add half of cinnamon topping
Repeat
Bake cake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean
