An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorist at Surankote sector of Poonch. The security forces conducted a search operation. When the terrorists found themselves surrounded by the security forces, they started firing. One terrorist has been neutralised by the the security forces and AK-56 rifle has been recovered. The security forces of Jammu and Kashmir are still investigating for the other terrorist who is doubtedly in the area of Poonch.
