Today I'm sharing 2 recipes of 2 different types of Shankarpali/ Tukdi ..These too are popular Diwali faral snacks loved by many and made in most homes during festive time 🎉 and you can also make these for regular tea time snacks...

1) Sweet Shankarpali / Shakkarpaare/ Godi Tukdi :
Ingredients:-
Maida - 2 cups
Powered Sugar - 3/4 cup
Milk - 1/2cup
Ghee - 1/4cup
Salt - 1pinch


2) Spicy Shankarpali /Theekhe Namakpaare/ Teekh Tukdi :
Ingredients :-
Maida - 2cups
Red chilli powder - 3 tsp
Hing /Asafoetida - 1tsp
Oil - 2tbsp
Salt as per taste
Water for kneading
