Ingredients:

Black Grapes - 2 kg
Sugar - 1 3/4 kg
Crushed whole wheat/broken wheat - 1 handful
Cinnamon - 2 small pieces
Cloves - 4-5 Nos.
Water - 1.5 - 2 cups

Method:
Wash the grapes in salt water and agian wash 4 - 5 times thoroughly.
Crush the wheat if using whole wheat.
Take a clean and dry jar or glass bottle.
Put all the ingredients mentioned above except water.
Pour water and mix with a clean and dry wooden spoon.
Water level should be above the grapes.
Close the jar with lid and wrap the lid with a cotton cloth.
Keep the jar away from direct sunlight for next 21 days.
The initial 10 days of storage make sure to stir this every 2 days.
After 21 days strain the wine and keep in glass bottles and keep aside for 4 days sedimentation.
After 4 days you will get a clear wine
