Recipe :

Instant noodle - 2 packs , preferably Mama brand
Pork belly - 320 g
Eggs - 2
Chopped garlic - 20 g
Cabbage - 280 g
Coriander - your preference
Small diced carrots - 50 g
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

!Please marinate your pork belly beforehand, for at least 10 - 20 minutes by mixing oyster sauce, pepper & sugar. A little of these 3!


*seasoning ingredients*
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - a pinch

- How To -
Boil your vegetable of yours beforehand. Cook your instant noodles until they are just done. Don’t overcook it. !Please drain them really well. No excess water allowed. Water = mushy!

Stir fry garlic until fragrant then add in marinated pork belly.
Stir fry until the pork turns into a light golden brown.
Season with all of the seasoning ingredients and combine.
Add in cooked instant noodle and cooked vegetable then add the dark soy sauce to the noodle. Combine well.
Push the noodle to the side and add in the eggs. Scramble them.
Add the coriander to your liking.
Taste test and adjust accordingly.
Ready to be served.
