Hey guys! Today we prepared 2 types of Fatteh recipes: the eggplant fatteh and the chickpea fatteh.
For the eggplant fatteh, you will need:
- 1 large eggplant
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sumac
- ½ tsp paprika
- 3 pita bread
- 2 cups yogurt
- ½ cup tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ lemon
- ¼ cup almonds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
For the chickpeas fatteh:
- 275g cooked chickpeas
- Salt
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp tahini
- ⅓ cup toasted pine nuts
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- Toasted bread that we have already prepared
