Treba ispeći 2 biskvita (kore) 🍰
🍰Recept za 1 biskvit🍰
150gr bijelog pirovog brašna (tip550)
2 žlice sirovog kakaa
50gr kokosovog eritrita/kokosovog šećera
1 žličica sode bikarbone
3 žlice maslinovog ulja/kokos
200ml biljnog mlijeka
Žličica jabučnog octa
Srednja zrela banana
Povežete suhe sastojke. U drugoj zdjeli (mokre sastojke) dobro ignječite bananu, dodajte masl ulje, ocat i biljno mlijeko. U suhe dodajte mokre i povežite. Kalup obložen pek papirom nauljite masl.uljem i ulijte dobivenu smjesu, isti postupak ponovite i za drugi biskvit. Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 i stavite peći 25 min. Pecite jednu koru ili 2 istovremeno. Kada se ispeklo ostavite da se ohladi u kalupu.
💛Krema od vanilije💛
Cijela konzerva kokos mlijeka 400ml
2 vrećice pudinga vanilije
60gr eritrita (ili drugi zaslađivač)
150ml biljnog mlijeka
U zdjelu za kuhanje izlijte konzervu kokos mlijeka, dodajte 100ml biljnog mlijeka i zaslađivač. U posebnoj zdjelici dodajte puding i 50ml mlijeka. Povežite. Stavite grijati mlijeko, kada se zagrije umiješajte puding smjesu. Miješajte dok se ne zgusne i postane puding. Ostavite da se ohladi. Zatim mikserom umutite puding da postane kremast.
🫐Šumsko voće🫐
250gr šumskog voća
Žličica agar agar
U zdjelicu dodajte šum voće i kuhajte dok se ne reducira. Dodajte agar, prokuhajte par minuta i ostaviti hladiti
🎂Slaganje torte🎂
Biskvite prerežite napola pomoću konca za zube. Dobit ćete 4.
Na 1. namažite pola šum voća, nasjeckajte bananu na kolutiće i poredajte te 1/3 kreme od vanilije preko razmažite. Zatim položite 2. biskvit i razmažite 1/3 krem. od vanil.
Zatim 3. biskvit i ponovite postupak 1.
Položite posljedni (4.) te ga premažite s čok. namazom (rastopite 60gr tamne čok, punu žlicu kikiriki maslaca i 30ml bilinog mlijeka). Ohladiti kolač preko noći zatim poslužite. Dobar tek i hvala vam ♥️

150 gr of white spelt flour (type 550)
2 tablespoons of raw cocoa
50g of coconut erythritol/coconut sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3 tablespoons of olive oil/coconut
200 ml of vegan milk
A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Medium ripe banana
Combine the dry ingredients. In another bowl (wet ingredients), mash the banana well, add butter, vinegar and vegetable milk. Add wet to dry and connect. Grease a mold lined with parchment paper with butter and pour the resulting mixture, repeat the same procedure for the second biscuit. Heat the oven to 180 and put it in the oven for 25 minutes. Bake one crust or 2 at a time. When baked, leave to cool in the mold.
💛Vanilla cream💛
Whole can of coconut milk 400ml
2 bags of vanilla pudding
60 grams of erythritol (or other sweetener)
150 ml of vegan milk
Pour a can of coconut milk into the cooking bowl, add 100ml of vegetable milk and sweetener. In a separate bowl, add the pudding and 50ml of milk. Connect. Put the milk to heat, when it heats up, stir in the pudding mixture. Mix until it thickens and becomes a pudding. Leave to cool. Then beat the pudding with a mixer until it becomes creamy.
🫐Forest fruit🫐
250 grams of forest fruit
A teaspoon of agar agar
Add the rum fruit to the bowl and cook until reduced. Add agar, boil for a few minutes and leave to cool
🎂Cake stacking🎂
Cut the biscuits in half using dental floss. You will get 4.
On the 1st, spread half of the fruit, chop the banana into rings and spread 1/3 of the vanilla cream on top. Then lay the 2nd biscuit and spread 1/3 of the cream. of vanilla.
Then the 3rd biscuit and repeat procedure 1.
Place the last one (4th) and coat it with chocolate spread (melt 60g of dark chocolate, a spoonful of peanut butter and 30ml of vegan milk). Cool the cake overnight, then serve. Good apetite and thank you ♥️
