On 8 March 2022, we marked International Women’s Day, a global call for action to accelerate equality for all women. We called on all our colleagues to unite around the year’s theme #BreakTheBias. We launched a campaign to listen to the experiences of inspirational female colleagues and hear their advice on fighting gender bias.
