OK so if you want to be an ASE Master Technician A2 & A3 stand in your way. ASE will ask you a Question and it is sort of related to excessive clutch spin down time. If the pilot bearing seizes it keeps the input shaft turning. Watch the video and register for A2. FYI for you T-TENers the only current transmission we have that has a pilot bearing is the 5 speed found in Tacomas.
