My family and I love having this wheat porridge as breakfast and I hope you'll love it too.
Ingredients:
1 cup Wheat or Bulgar Wheat
200 ml Water to start cooking with, gradually add more when it's needed.
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of cinnamon powder
100 ml whole milk ( you can also use half water, half evaporated milk)
50 g All purpose flour
3 tbsp of sugar ( optional) add more or less
