I can't believe I used to believe this...
Recently someone asked me if I still considered myself a Christian. And I was floored by the emotions that ran through me.
This sent me on an exploration of my own. I thought about the thigs I used to believe. I thought about the was I used to share my beliefs with people. And I thought about the ways I used to interact with people, due to what I believed about my self worth. All in all, it was an intense evening.
So for this week's Ask a Therapist video, I am sharing the top 5 wild things I used to believe when I still worked in the church, and how they impacted me longer term. If you like this type of video, make sure to comment below with some other WILD things you or people you know used to believe when they called themselves Christians.
