A deep freeze passed through and froze up most of the open water. Matt was able to scout out a natural ice hole and decided to try hunting it with buddy Bryce. The pair set up for both a duck and goose hunt. There weren't a bunch of birds around but they were able to bag some, including some more geese with the 28 gauge. All in all, another good day of duck and goose hunting.
