This video is about grilling prime cut NY Strip steaks on the Weber Kettle using the Vortex. In this cook I seasoned with Coaches Pit BBQ pork rub and Blazing Star BBQ beef rub. I then vacuum sealed the raw meat with the rubs and let it chill in the refrigerator for four hours. Cooked directly over the Vortex with the Weber sear grate and Royal Oak classic charcoal! These rubs paired together amazinly!!
