❌ Poor hip mobility is a huge issue for so many people, especially those with low back pain! If the hips don’t move well, it’s like trying to move around in tight pants that don’t stretch, the low back has to compensate for every single movement! This will stress the low back and cause problems!

🔑 The key here is that the hips are crucial for all athletic movement and they must be addressed if low back issues are present.
