We installed an aftermarket Apple CarPlay kit into this Audi Q3.
From first glance you couldn’t even tell it’s there as all factory features continue to work perfectly but as soon as you plug an iPhone into the USB port the screen changes over to the CarPlay interface which is fully controlled through the factory steering controls.
