Not sure if your brand is standing out enough?
This is a problem most startup brands face.
And I find it's usually because they create their visuals and comms ad hoc without really thinking about the core of their personality.
Without a well defined core, everything becomes a little bit "meh".
And that's why most small/new brands in an industry end up looking more or less the same.
So try looking at it this way for a change.
