Run OpenSSL with administrative privileges:


req -new -x509 -days 365 -key CA.key -out CA.pem
req -new -x509 -days 365 -key CA.key -out CA.crt
x509 -req -days 365 -in Fortigate.csr -CA CA.crt -CAkey CA.key -set_serial 01 -out Fortigate.crt
pkcs12 -inkey CA.key -in CA.crt -export -out CA.p12
