In this video final video of the series, I show how take our multi-domain context projects and set up OKR tracking with KPIs for each project. Then for each KPI, we create a results database that tracks the values at a given moment in time. This is then used to rollup a progress of the KPI for each project allowing you to view at a glance whether a project is succeeding.
