These are some of THE BEST meals I've made on this channel and I'm excited to share them with you. I start the day with a little pre-workout snack followed by a green, tropical smoothie, then we take a creamy pasta salad lunch into the forest and then home for an incredible nourish bowl dinner.

Creamy Cashew & Herb Dressing
Soak 1/2 Cup Cashews
30 mins in warm water
In Blender Add:
Soaked Cashews
1 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp onion
0.5 Date
Juice from 1 lemon
1/2 Cup Water
Blend
Mix in:
1 tsp dill
1 tsp celery seed
1/4 Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 Chopped Green Onion
1 Tbps Grainy Mustard
Salt to taste
