How to fold a rather complex Jumping Frog with 8 Fingers and 10 toes from one square of paper no cutting. This is another model in my series of jumping models. I designed this model for what I thought was going to be a collaboration with Tadashi Mori, where we were going to challenge each other to do our best at designing an origami of some subject. My idea was that we each try to design a complex jumping frog with multiple fingers and toes. In addition I proposed that it has to be folded out of ordinary kami and that we have to actually teach it on our channels, not just demo it. Well, I guess that was a bit too much, because he wrote back a week later saying that it was not the kind of origami that he specializes in and he respectfully declined to take up the challenge. But on the bright side, it's thanks to him reaching out to me that I was inspired to design this jumping frog! And I know that many of you have been wishing for me to teach more complex models, so hopefully this frog will satisfy that craving.
