Reality TV show cameras capture the horrific moments of what sounds like a dad disciplining his child with a belt. While recording an episode of the new show, 'Joe Frost: Nanny on Tour,' on the UP channel, Frost visited the Spivey family in Georgia. For the episode, a crew set up surveillance cameras around the house. Watch as the dad gets up from the couch and removes his belt. Frost called what she saw alarming.
