Sport & Business - what is common, what is different?

In Top-class sport it is a little bit different as Rafal Murczkiewicz (former coach of the SWD Powervolleys Düren) explains. It's the "business of winning". Of course there are bigger goals, like the championship or participation in the Champions League, but week after week a different team presents the SWD Powervolleyballs Düren with a new challenge and their performance is just measured by the victories.
