Doctor Ricky Brown breaks down the process of fixing a jaw fracture which starts by using arch bars to wire the mouth shut and then after the surgeon numbers the mouth he makes the incision exposing the jaw bone where a bone clamp is screwed directly into the bone to hold everything together allowing your body to heal and naturally fill in the empty space.
