Today, we will talk about my experiences with depersonalisation and derealisation. They both fall under the category of dissociative disorders and are heavily linked to multiple mental health conditions.
I will cover what dissociation is, how it feels, how it looks from the outside, the symptoms of dissociation and the other ways people can experience a dissociative state.
As per usual my mental health videos come out strong when my own mental health is low... but I thought it appropriate to take a different angle on depression and anxiety.
