Serial Killer Israel Keyes desperately wants to be put to death. However, the twelve-month time frame that he requested isn't realistic. Let's be honest, him getting the federal death penalty was never going to happen. Anyway, in order to move things along, Keyes requests a psych evaluation and a plan to bring in a psychiatrist is put forth to please him.
