First of all, Note Down the Ingredients:
• Cracked/ Broken Wheat – 1 Cup
• Jaggery- 1 Cup
• Ghee
• Raisins
• Cashews
• Almonds
• Cinnamon Stick-1
• Cardamom Powder – 1 Tsp
• Salt – ¼ Tsp
• Hot water

Now the recipe is as follows:
• Take a Pressure Cooker
• Put 2 Tbsp Ghee in it
• Now put Raisins and Chopped Cashews into the ghee
• Roast on a medium flame until they turn golden brown
• Once they turn golden brown, take them out from the pressure cooker
• Keep them aside
• Now put Cracked wheat into the same ghee
• Roast for few minutes on medium flame
• Put Cinnamon Stick into it
• Now, put Cardamom Powder into it
• Now add 3 cups of water into the pressure cooker
• Mix everything well
• Bring into boil
• Add salt to it when it starts to boil
• Now cover the pressure cooker with its lid
• Cook for 4 whistles on a medium flame
• After 4 whistles open the lid
• Add a cup of jaggery to it
• Mix everything well
• Now add 1 tbsp of ghee
• Add roasted cashews and raisins
• Add some chopped almonds as well
• Mix well
• Serve hot
