Directions :
One kg kochur mukhi peal and wash it . Boil it for 10 minutes. Drain the water. Keep aside for further use .
Heat the oil on high heat. Add cooking oil , onion paste, red chili powder , garlic paste , coriander powder , turmeric powder cook until oil is separated . After then add 4 cup hot water & add salt . Bring it to boil. Add pre half boil kochur mukhi & pre fry fish . Cook for 10 / 15 minutes . Add naga moris ( optional ) . Add some fresh coriander leaves & cook for 3 minutes . Cook for one minute more . Yumy......... Ready to eat kachur mukhir johl .

Cat fish 7 pieces
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Onion paste 1 cup
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1.5 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves 1/3 cup
Naga moris 1 ( optional )
Hot water 4 cup ( as required )
Normal water 1/2 cup
