As the first international city to welcome in the New Year, Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland’s iconic landmarks will light up in the countdown to 2022. Vector Lights on the Auckland Harbour Bridge will welcome us all to 2022 with a spectacular lighting show inspired by the ‘Auckland is Calling’ Tomokanga, reflecting the 19 iwi of Tāmaki Makaurau and the weaving together of people, land and sea.
