What are Zoonotic Diseases? Zoonotic Diseases (Zoonoses) are diseases that are transmitted from Animals to Humans. Scientists estimate that more than 6 out of every 10 known infectious diseases in people can be spread from animals.

Zoonotic pathogens can spread to humans through any contact point with domestic, agricultural or wild animals.

What is the AFHEG Foundation all about?
#AFHEG is a non-profit health organization that promotes health and environmental literacy through imaginative storytelling and interactive gaming.
