#ASMR #Cosplay #GuiltyGear #Faust
Miniature Disclaimer: This ASMR roleplay has an immersive horror feel to it, but it’s not horror. There aren’t any jumpscares, and you’re never in danger. That said, there are needles and blades in it, so if you get upset by any of that, I’d recommend maybe giving this one a miss.
The Doctor is in… your mind.
Welcome to the surgery of Doctor Faust. Timestamps are below, but they’re misleading and unreliable. This ASMR Doctor roleplay features glove sounds, writing sounds, mic scratching, and lots of up-close doctor sounds – everything you’d expect! But, perhaps not in the order or fashion that you’re used to… And in the end, maybe you’ll become a doctor too?
Full disclosure, I’ve never really played Guilty Gear. Back when I was at Uni OVER A DECADE AGO a friend was very much into the franchise and so I watched him play it a lot while smoking “cigarettes” and chilling before work (I worked at a bar). All the characters in it were really interesting, but Faust especially connected with me – he was inexplicable, doomed, and tragic, and all of his attacks and entrances were painfully bizarre; like he was compensating for his sorrow through chaotic joy. Anyway, my mate got a tattoo of Katamari Damacy, which you can’t argue with, and I was going to get a tattoo of Faust, but never did because I was broke – so this is instead of that. Enjoy!

NB – I was sweating like a dog in that paper bag. I was, like, why is this happening? Then Kim pointed out that it’s because there was little to no air getting to me. Whoops!
PS – Oh, the silly music in it is from a silly album I wrote. It'll be available on the Bandcamp if it isn't already. :)

🎙 What is ASMR? 🎧
ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is synaesthesia of the soul. It’s a relaxing feeling, it’s a tingling down the spine, or it’s simply a sleep aid. Whether it’s being ‘held’ by someone you have confidence in, or ‘looked after’ by someone with authority, or just feeling ‘safe’ with someone you trust, it uses audio-visual triggers to enable you to let go of your worries and stresses – even just for a bit.
📽 What is FPC? 🎞
FPC (first person cinema) takes all the relaxing elements of ASMR but has much more of a focus on immersion and the suspension of disbelief. It’s kinda like being the main character in your own short movie, with popular figures you know and love, or entirely created worlds – just for you. There won’t be any visible mics or traditional triggers in these videos, and they will seem more unintentional than the usual ASMR videos – but they are unique and relaxing experiences designed to transport you to different places, worlds, and times.
Disclaimer: This video is intended for relaxation. Any views, opinions, or advice expressed is purely for the purpose of entertainment, and to induce tingles through ASMR. These videos are not a substitute for traditional medicine, therapy, or any other professional medium, and should not be treated as such! Take all the advice with a pinch of salt, and certainly don’t take it to heart. That being said, please enjoy them, benefit from them, and hopefully get those warm, tingly feelings. Oh, and it’s not for kids.
