Stress, anxiety and overwhelm are common emotions which can have a huge detrimental effect on our wellbeing. Using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) has been scientifically proven to reduce cortisol (often referred to as the 'stress hormone'), which gets released when the fight, flight, freeze stress response has been triggered. Using tapping can help you feel calmer, safer and more relaxed, allowing you to control your thoughts and emotions more effectively.
